  1. I absolutely love the principle tightness is weakness, softness is strength. I just recently started doing a tai yoga class that teaches these same movement principles. Now to practice it, to be vulnerable and let go, to be taught....that is the challenge!

  2. These were very helpful. The second clip with the young boy and the discussion about letting the right arm be heavy on the strings was super helpful. Its hard to do but once you are able to get the technique down it helps tremendously.
